Green Dwarf Mondo Grass
Ophiopogon japonicus 'Nanus'
This dainty little green grass creates a lush groundcover of dense, dark green, grass-like clumps. Excellent as an edging plant or tucked into rocks for a pleasing contrast. Can also be used in containers. Flowers in summer. Only half the size of the species, it will only attain 4-6 inches in height. Needs regular watering and does best in filtered sun to part shade. Hardy in USDA zones 6-14
