3 Devilishly Delightful Daphnes

Arts Nursery is proud to offer 3 devilishly delightful daphnes for the plant collector.
Quantities are limited so hurry in!

Daphne tangutica
This daphne offers clusters of fragrant white flushed purple-pink flowers in early spring. Reblooms again in late summer. Oval shaped, dark green leathery leaves. Accented with attractive red berries. Completely hardy. Grows to about 30 inches by 30 inches within 10 years. Prefers sunny spot in well drained by humus rich soil. Do not ingest as all parts of the plant can be toxic if eaten.

Daphne x houtteana
This dark foliaged plant is a cross between Daphne laureola and Daphne mezereum. Leaves are uniquely purple to dark black. Flowers are dark redish-purple and bloom in March-April. Best in sun or part shade.
Grows to 3ft x 3ft. Evergreen. Quite rare and hard to get. Hardy to zone 6




Daphne odora 'Maejima
This striking daphne offers variegated green leaves with bright yellow-green leaf margins. Leaves are very uniform and the habit is compact. Flowers are fantastically fragrant. Hardy to zone 7. Limited quantities available.
